The platform is selected according to the learner’s location, access and programme needs. ClassIn or another suitable China-compatible live-classroom platform may be used. Access details are shared before the first lesson.

Yes. Groups are limited to six learners. Fees are quoted per learner after the group size, level, programme and schedule are confirmed.

Once the schedule and amount are confirmed, Charmaine sends private instructions for card, WeChat Pay, Alipay, PayPal, Wise or bank transfer. The website does not request or store payment credentials.

Homework, files, quizzes, tests, lesson feedback and progress guidance may be used according to the programme and learner’s goals.

Only with specific permission. Recordings remain confidential and are never used publicly without separate written consent. A parent or guardian must consent for a minor.

Give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule in full. Late cancellations and no-shows may be counted as completed lessons, subject to the confirmed package terms.
